System Options What are my OPTIONS?
The Renovate System comes in three basic configurations, the choice of which will depend upon the goals you are trying to achieve for your building as well as the location of the project.
Other configurations may be available depending upon your projects particular needs. ALL Renovate by Berkowitz Systems are manufactured with Argon Gas in the new insulating glass unit that is applied to the current glass. In addition, both lites of glass in the new insulating glass unit are tempered, thus adding an additional layer of safety and security for the building’s occupants.

Platinum Option
Best suited for northern climates, the Renovate Platinum system utilizes one lite of Double-Silver low-e glass , which dramatically lowers heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer.
Platinum Plus II
The Renovate Platinum Plus II system features two lites of low-e glass (one lite of Double-Silver low-e glass & one lite of Pyrolytic low-e). The additional lite of low-e glass improves thermal efficiency, providing added energy savings. This configuration can be utilized in all climates.
Platinum Plus II XL
The Renovate Platinum Plus II XL system also features two lites of low-e glass (one lite of Triple-Silver low-e glass & one lite of Pyrolytic low-e). This configuration is optimal for south-facing elevations and/or southern climates.
